This 12-week coaching program gives student-athletes the tools to build confidence, focus, and resilience — on the field and in life. Each week covers a core mental skill, including:

  • Values & goal setting

  • Motivation and confidence

  • Emotions & inner dialogue

  • Reset strategies after mistakes

  • Visualization & handling pressure

  • Team roles & “Perfect vs. Enough” mindset

Program Details:

  • 12 weekly sessions—45 minutes

  • Led by Kim Rathe, Board Certified Coach
